It is defined as the complete inspection of the manufacturing process, which will be gradually started from the start of the manufacturing process to the final acceptance of the product. This definition does not mean that the inspection is necessarily conducted as a full-time inspector or inspector at all stages of production, however, at the discretion of the customer, the client may request full time and regular inspection of the inspector or inspectors during the construction process. This level of inspection should at least include:
Sampling, review and examination of the chemical composition test and physical properties of the raw material used, as well as the capability to trace the sampling of the raw material used in the manufacturing process to obtain the result for the certification of raw materials.
Investigating and recognizing the use of qualified welders and the use of approved welding method description.
Attending and reviewing the assembly, construction, installation and all necessary tests.
Checking on raw materials, tracking them at all stages of construction, dimensional control, and completion of each stage of construction, along with inspection, from the separation of equipment components as needed.
Quality system review and quality control of the manufacturer.
Review, audit, and attendance at non-destructive testing, as well as determination of the alloy used with positive spectral radiography.
Investigating and ensuring that qualified experts carry out non-destructive testing.
Investigating and attending pressure and leakage tests or device performance.
Investigating and attending all essential and essential tests that require approval of a quality assurance unit or manufacturer’s quality control, such as turning the machine on and off, testing it, or testing the power tool and instrumentation.
Inspection and control of the final dimensions of equipment.
Review and review the product booklet in accordance with the approved booklet titles.
Evaluate the numbering or marking and packaging of the product.
Certificate of product clearance.
- Level I Inspection:
This level of inspection is defined as the inspection of a specific stage of equipment as well as the final inspection before shipment. The inspection procedures at the pre-inspection meeting must be specified and agreed before the start of the construction process, and at least include:
Precise examination of the raw materials certificate used in the manufacturing process.
Random investigation of raw material, dimensional control and completion of various parts of the building, along with inspection, from the separation of equipment components as needed.
Supervising tests and certain stages of construction.
Audit of the manufacturer’s quality control program.
Investigating and attending to pressure and leakage tests and / or the performance of the machine include testing and turning off the machines in their power test, automatic simulation or testing of power tools and instruments.
Inspection and control of the final dimensions of equipment.
Review and review the product booklet in accordance with the approved booklet titles.
Evaluate the numbering or marking and packaging of the product.
- Level II Inspection:
This level of inspection is described as the final condition or design of the test or test, which is the condition of the acceptance of the product. Inspection may be carried out on one or more pieces of equipment or at random from the consignment and should at least include:
Review all records and quality control documents to meet the requirements of compliance.
Supervision of the final pressure test and the equipment performance test includes a set-up test plus an inspection of the separation of equipment components as needed.
Inspecting and controlling the final dimensions of equipping and inspecting the coloring equipments.
Review and review the product booklet in accordance with the approved booklet titles.
Evaluate the numbering or marking and packaging of the product.
Certificate of product clearance.
- Level III Inspection:
This level of inspection is considered as an examination and acceptance or issuance of a certificate to the manufacturer, which only includes reviewing and reviewing the product booklet in accordance with the approved list of book titles.
A contract with such manufacturer should include at least three inspection times according to the sensitivity level classified during the time of construction of the contract items and the manufacturer is required to inform the presence of the inspector. If there is a delay in the time of progress, more inspections should be carried out.
- Level IV inspection (lowest level of inspection):
